Saltwater custom products is a veteran owned business geared towards providing quality custom fishing products at reasonable prices. Typical rod builders charge outrageous labor rates that can quickly creep upwards of $500-$600 with little difference in performance on the water. We, on the other hand, build rods that are designed to be fished and not hung on a wall. By limiting options we are able to build custom fishing products close to the price points of large retailers.

Why go custom?

Our custom rods are built out of high performing  blanks that are only available for rod builders. The benefit is a lighter and higher performing rod that you can not buy in a typical tackle shop. You also have the opportunity to choose the colors and accessories you want/need to set yourself apart on the water. Comfort is also a large factor with options like Winn grips or heat shrunk foam that will have plenty of grip when wet. The guide options are designed to be braid friendly with minimal weight.
